David Pickett wears many hats. He is a musician who plays harpsichord, organ and baroque recorder. He is an experienced conductor of instrumental and vocal ensembles. He is a teacher of Music and Recording Arts. He edits music, publishing it with Sibelius Software. He writes about music and produces, engineers, edits and masters stereo and surround sound recordings for publication. His research on Gustav Mahler’s orchestral conducting activities is well-known.

Of course, he doesnt wear all these hats at the same time!
